Video problem? A small minority of members are having problems viewing the movies. Our staff have identified the main problems and fixes for these problems below:

Problem: Videos do NOT show at all!

• Install the latest version of Windows Media Player, you may think you have the latest version but in many cases this is NOT true. Currently Windows Media Player is on version 9+ and the extra features will allow our movies to run smoothly for you.

• Install the latest version of Internet Explorer. Currently Internet Explorer is on version 6+ , it is essential that you upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.

Problem: Movie plays for a few seconds then stops!

This is due to the fact you have a slow internet connection. The movie is downloading onto your computer and this takes time. The movie player will attempt to show you a little bit at a time. There solution to this is to click to view the movie but give it some time to buffer. This might take a few minutes. Put the movie back to the beginning and press play. Movies are available in different qualities.
